The Highlands Company has designed a series of assessments to supply the answers.
These assessments are:

will influence your work life.
Abilities Assessment
An assessment of your natural abilities will tell you what jobs you will perform well.
Interest Survey
An apprasial of your interests will tell you what jobs you will enjoy.
Values Sort
A review of your values will tell you what jobs will give you a sense of pride.
