Experience
I have provided coaching on leadership and change as an internal development specialist at Advanced Micro Devices and Cal. State Auto Ass'n. and as an external coach to both the Fortune 50 and private sector. I've mentored others in my faculty positions in the Coaching Certificate program at John F. Kennedy Univ., and as Director of ICF Competency Development for the College of Executive Coaching.
Focus
As Principal of Diane Foster and Associates I work as an organizational and career coach with individual leaders and teams in many industries and the public sector. This enables them to make critical decisions on organizational alignment, systems improvements and succession planning, and to streamline business processes to build work environments that are satisfying for all stakeholders. My work builds cross-organizational communication and collaboration, and improves conflict management and role clarification. It's a great joy to improve organizational capacity for being a "great place to work" through support of internal organizational coaching programs, and improvement in feedback systems.
Strengths
Considered an expert on leadership development, I have promoted the successful introduction and sustainability of "coaching cultures" and have measured results from these that show double the productivity of those leaders involved. DFA feedback tools such as The Highlands Program, insure the "best fit" of all employees for succession planning, and career development programs.
