The Highlands Assessments result in comprehensive reports which are distributed to a certified Highlands Affiliate chosen by you or assigned by the Company. The results are considered by us to be your sole property and will not be shared with anyone without your approval except your counselor.

Each report - abilities, interests, value - is analyzed individually and as an integral part of an overall assessment which the Affiliate shares with you personally during a two-hour live or telephonic conference.

The feedback conference is always an illuminating and enjoyable experience. You will be pleasantly surprised to see how all the elements fit together.

You will be helped to understand what you like to do, what has meaning for you, and above all, where your strengths lie and what you are able to do well.

The Affiliate who will guide you through the feedback conference has had many years of experience working with students. He or she has conducted many conferences and has helped many students like you to make the right life and career choices.
