Tom is Director, Organizational Development and Leadership programs, Saint Joseph´s U., Phil., PA.

Martha is a licensed clinical social worker and has held managerial positions in the health-care industry. She is CEO of IMD.

Focus
We are intensely committed to development of individuals, leaders, teams and organizations. Our work ranges from assisting college age students to adults in transition, to small businesses, to nationwide and global companies that seek to develop their personnel, teams and leaders by providing direction, executive coaching, team and leadership development. We work in the US and aboard, most notably in Greece and Germany. The Highlands Battery and the Highlands 8-factor personal vision model are central in all our work. We adhere passionately to the model that when people know and contribute from their natural strengths – a win-win situation results for them and their systems.

As a consulting team our strengths lie in both our depth of practical experience and wide ranging expertize in applying psychological principles in working with individuals, leaders, and teams to achieve sustainable results. As a team we also complement each other's strengths in our work with client systems. While Tom may challenge clients to stretch and develop themselves, Martha will provide the individual support to create systematic change. Our values and commitment are in fostering both direction and development in our work with clients.
