Experience
I was certified as a Highlands Affiliate in 2000 as one of the first group of Personal and Business Coaches that were trained. Before my certification, I was an educator for 25 years, then a full time Certified Personal and Business Coach. I continue in that profession.

Focus
I have been using The Highlands Ability Battery , as a Coach, for clients of all ages and professions for 8 years.

I am currently using Highlands with High School and College students who are looking for college majors and careers;
with adults who are seeking a career change and maximizing talent on the job.

Strengths
My strengths are in motivating, facilitating and inspiring. As a Life Coach I seek to help people maximize their innate talents using Highlands and therefore enhance the quality of their personal and professional lives.

Clients
My clients include students in High School and College and adults across the country, students who are looking for colleges, majors and career fields that are a good fit for them. I work with Executives, Entrepeneurs, Professionals, Creative Clients, Managers who want to maximize their own performance or their team's performance, or who are in transition.
