Experience
I was certified as a Highlands Affiliate and Feedback Consultant in 1995. I work as a licensed Psychologist who provides psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and couples in a private setting.

Focus
I have been providing the Highlands Ability Battery to working adults, students (both in high school and college) and corporate groups. My interest is to assist my clients in developing a more expanded and holistic sense of themselves. This can lead to making better and more congruent choices for their futures. A focused interview, based on the client´s needs and concerns, followed by a two-hour feedback session on the Battery, can help my clients to identify their strengths and envision possible vocational/career choices.

Strengths
My training as a psychologist emphasized sensitivity and empathy as well as an understanding of the motivations involved in behavior. This provides a wonderful foundation to clearly understanding the needs of my clients and assisting them in creating a personal vision.
