Experience
My clinical experience spans 25 years in a variety of settings, including community mental health, family practice, consulting and private practice. I have delivered THP to over 300 people.

Focus
As a Clinical Psychologist my work has always gravitated toward maximizing human potential by focusing on individual strengths rather than on psychopathology. In 1996 I became certified by The Highlands Program to address the career dissatisfaction expressed by an increasing number of clients in my practice. I offer several programs to THP clients: individual work in 1:1 sessions or small group seminars. I also work with corporate clients whose employees use THP to identify and leverage their strengths to achieve a more successful and rewarding work life.

Strengths
Work with THP is enhanced by a combination of extensive clinical training and experience along with certification as a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner and Authentic Happiness Coach (a coaching program promoting life satisfaction).

Clients
Corporate Clients: IBM, Roche and Cisco Systems
Private Clients: Employees of Arthur Anderson, Sun MicroSystems, Stanford University and others from the local Silicon Valley community

"THP helped me to see my life possibilities in new and interesting ways."

"I was impressed with how it revealed things about myself and how I could be excited about my work."

"My job was perfect except for a small part that took up most of my time. My scores on the Battery made me see why and gave me the courage to ask my manager for a change."
