Experience
For 30 years I worked in the Healthcare field. I advised physicians, administrators & clients, developed programs, managed departments, organized systems and solved problems. After my own self-discovery, I transitioned to coaching and supporting people as they optimize their natural abilities and find joy in their professions.

Focus
Are you enthusiastic and passionate in your work life? I am an advocate for work and career satisfaction. I coach individuals who are looking to enhance their career options. Together we uncover their natural abilities, explore what drives them, and create a strategy for them to find fulfillment in their profession. I invite work teams to identify their collective natural abilities and coach them to maximize their effectiveness and outcomes and develop a cohesive work environment.

Strengths
I found my passion working with clients to uncover their natural abilities using the Highlands Program. I sift through their stories, find common threads and encourage them to connect with their underlying desires and needs. I am a natural organizer. I provide exercises designed to show my clients what may be missing and what is truly important to them.

Statements & Testimonials
After many years as a manager, I came to realize there is little satisfaction in directing others to accomplish MY vision, if THEIR vision is not included. As a Coach and Highlands Affiliate, my vision is to bring forth the person inside my client so they can live their vision and become passionate about their work.

My intention is:
•  to be fully present with my clients;
•  to inspire them to look deep within themselves;
•  to encourage them to live the life they were meant to live;
•  to support them as they develop their vision; and to hold their vision with them as they make it all happen.
