Experience
As an educator who has grown up in multiple cultures and worked on three continents I have developed a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive as a “third culture” kid or adult. I currently work developing and mentoring students and adults from 13 different countries doing pioneering work in both the business and non-profit fields.
Focus
Helping students, and adults understand what they were made for as they explore how to thrive and not just survive in life. I work daily with high school students as they seek to understand who they are, what they hope to do, and how best they can achieve these goals. Working with adults and children who live cross culturally and are seeking to maximize their callings, abilities, and passions by getting a better picture of how they were created is a natural focus for me living in Central Asia.
Strengths
As an educator committed to helping people of all ages reach their greatest potential, I use my 20 years of experience and training to work with high school students and adults to help them understand the way they are made combined with their dreams, passions, and callings to thrive in and through each transition of their lives.
Clients
High School students and adults seeking to understand who they are and how they can maximize their natural abilities to thrive in life.
Statements & Testimonials
“Getting an accurate understanding of my natural abilities was incredibly freeing! At 37 I was able to live in my strengths and target skills to develop to minimize my weakness without any guilt or fear. I only wish I had known this when I was 18.” 37 year old educator
“Working through the Highlands with Mrs. Koning as part of our Leadership Initiative Program equipped me to understand myself and make the transition both academically and socially. Moving back to my passport country and living away from my parents for the first time has been a rich and rewarding experience in great part because I was so well equipped! “ 18 year old college student
