Working Career have made a real difference to my self-awareness and helped me target potential career changes to investigate further. The Highlands Ability Battery was the part of the course I found most interesting and useful. It has really helped me to understand the reasons why I found my current position such an uphill struggle. It has also helped me focus on my strengths and given me a much stronger sense of direction in alternative careers to consider and investigate. Diana´s constant support and friendly/approachable manner was also a huge help throughout the process." Scientist, 30
