Before becoming a coach, writer and speaker, Deirdre worked in the software industry as Director of Sales Operations for a number of companies: ON Technology Inc., Elron Software Inc, Abuzz Technologies Inc., and E-Dialog Corporation.

My specialty is helping students identify their natural abilities so they can select their major and a future career. I have seen how combining natural abilities with individual passions, goals and values creates highly successful college and life experiences.
