Statements & Testimonials
"My relationship with Cindy is characterized by transformation. She brought out the best in me. She is at once tough, nurturing, and logical. I have taken quantum leaps in the areas of confidence, courage, and clarity. Under Cindy´s dynamic influence, life takes on a sense of expedition. I´m a different person, but I´m more myself than ever."
– D. Stanley. Business Owner
"As President and CEO of a large diversified group of companies, I retained Cindy´s services to better understand my employee´s needs. After working with her, I knew that I wanted my son to experience her assessment and coaching process. This has been a phenomenal experience for my son. After their first session, he commented to me, ´Cindy has a way of relating to young people unlike any adult that he had ever met´. She has clearly helped him understand who he is as a person. He knows what he needs to work on if he is to accomplish the things that he wants to do in his life. Cindy has made and continues to make a positive impact on him."
M.D.M.
"I´ve always wanted to be an architect—the idea of designing and building things just appeals to me. I took The Highlands Ability Battery and discovered I do have strong spatial and design abilities. Now I'm even more confident I have what it takes to be successful in this field."
Chad, College Sophomore
"It´s very difficult to express in a concise statement the depth and breadth of the impact that this experience has had on me, but here goes ... Working with Cindy through this intensive process of self-exploration and self-assessment has given me clarity around what motivates and energizes me both personally and in a business environment. This experience has helped me to develop a vocabulary for effectively communicating my needs, abilities, and interests with my family, friends, teammates and leaders. Having a deeper understanding of my personal motivations and needs coupled with a vocabulary to share it has empowered me to take a more proactive role in crafting my job commitment as well as my personal interactions and relationships."
