Experience
Since 1998 I have been a Certified Feedback Provider of the Highlands Ability Battery. During that time I have provided feedback for over 600 students, adults, and corporate clients from companies such as IBM, Coca Cola, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Focus
I am a career counselor with a focus on assessing strengths and helping students and adults identify and understand their natural talents and abilities. This enables them to match their work or schooling with their strengths and assets. I analyze each person’s Highlands Ability Battery and give in-depth feedback. We discuss how this information integrates with others factors such as values, goals, personality and interests. I make recommendations about courses of study and careers to consider and investigate.

Strengths
My strength is enabling students to integrate information from the Highlands Ability Battery along with their own experience of their natural talents. My extensive experience with numerous career assessments enables me to help students understand how they work most effectively and decide their next step in their schooling and career development.
