I bring over 15 years of experience in organizational design and strategic marketing. In my work with non-profits, business and government my focus has been on developing the talent of staff to further the mission of the organization through internal coaching, effective performance assessment processes, and board and team development.

I specialize in identifying the three key elements of success – knowledge of natural abilities, claiming expertise from experience and education, and harnessing passion. I coach individuals and teams to create a life and career plan using those three elements. I focus on executives and business owners seeking energy for leading their company ahead or to expand the capacity and skills to lead and motivate others; women who want to claim strength and power for managing the complex choices of career, family, personal interests and health; and emerging leaders entering, in, or recently graduated from college looking to define professional focus.
