I have been affiliated with Highlands since 1996. My prior experience includes 21 years in the construction industry as HR Director and member of executive management team.

Focus
We focus on helping people understand their natural talents and how those talents can be best utilized. Whether it´s a student choosing a major, an adult fine- tuning a career path, or a team wanting to be more effective, it all boils down to understanding your strengths and making intelligent, intentional decisions based on that data.

Strengths
I relate well with all types of clients, from students to senior executives, and I tailor my work with clients to address their specific needs. My greatest strength, however, is my deep desire to help others realize the potential that God has given them.
